Your details

A little clarity
before you join.

What you share

The community form collects your name, email, city and country, region, where you are in your journey, and the updates you select. The newsletter form collects your email. We also record when and how you agreed to be contacted.

What it’s for

FGWB uses these details to understand who’s interested in the community and to contact you about the updates you choose: newsletters, events, articles, or invitations to be featured. Choosing feature invitations is permission to contact you—not permission to publish your details or story.

Where it goes

Your submission is saved in a private Neon database dedicated to FGWB. It isn’t displayed publicly on this website. Our email integration uses Mailgun to send messages when email delivery is enabled.

Your choices

Joining is optional. The community form lets you choose which topics you’re interested in. Future emails include an unsubscribe link so you can stop the associated updates.

Website analytics

We measure public page views, link clicks, and signup activity to understand what is useful. Analytics do not collect form contents or your email address. A temporary browser-session identifier is stored in session storage and hashed before it reaches the analytics database. Records older than 90 days are removed when new analytics events are collected; they may remain longer during periods without new activity. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

AI conversations

When the assistant is available, your messages are sent to FGWB’s dedicated AI service and its model provider to generate a reply. The public assistant has no access to subscriber records or private admin content. Please do not share passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information. AI answers may be inaccurate.

Keeping forms usable

We use a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions and protect the forms from spam. Your raw IP address is not stored in the signup database.
